Thunder Gobble by Flextone

Hey everybody.

I hope everyone is doing well out there. Before I talk about this product, I want to thank everyone for the amazing response to this blog both from ya'll for reading this blog and the product manufacturers who are sending me their products to review. I have had folks from Alaska and even Germany!! I'm getting feed back from people that like this blog because of the fact that I am just an average hunter that loves the outdoors and wants to learn and share more about the tools of our trade. Thanks again.

This blog is about the new gobble call that Flextone has come out with called the Thunder Gobble. This call is something else. To be honest, it was a little bit harder to figure out than I thought it would be. They made it look very easy on all the promo videos. When I opened the package and tried it out, it wasn't good. After a little bit of messing around, I nailed it. You would have sworn that a long beard walked into my kitchen and sounded off. It was awesome. I have played around with the gobble tubes and they sound fair. The call has a double reed in it that makes the a realistic rasping sounds. It is also loud as all get out. It makes for a great call to shock a gobbler into giving away his location. It is also a small call that can fit anywhere in your turkey vest. This call should run you around $15. I am new to Flextone and this is my first call of theirs. I am looking forward to hopefully getting my hands a lot more of their products. God Bless

Craig
